Adam Gadahn California Muslim Convert Urges Monetary Awards to Jihadists Killing Ambassadors

Adam Gadahn, born Adam Perlman in Oregon, is urging wealthy Muslims to offer awards to jihadists to kill American Ambassadors abroad. This isn’t the first time Gadahn has tried to prompt jihad against American interests. He praised Ft. Hood jihadi Nidal Hasan, and is on the FBI Most Wanted List with an FBI $1 MILLION award for his capture. He renounced his U.S. citizenship in 2008. The question is, have we revoked his citizenship? His many YouTube videos remove all doubt of his terrorist affiliations. The next question, why hasn’t a drone disrupted his morning coffee?

“These prizes have a great effect in instilling fear in the hearts of our cowardly enemies,” Gadahn said in the 39-minute video recording in Arabic posted on websites used by Islamist terrorists, according to SITE.
“They also encourage hesitant individuals to carry out important and great deeds in the path of Allah,” he said, in an English transcript on SITE. Read more.
Gadahn also goes by the name Abu Suhayb al-Amriki. He is married to an Afghan refugee.

Gadahn was 17 years old when he walked into the Islamic Society of Orange County and asked for permission to worship there. His devotion eventually spiraled into trouble — and an arrest.
He was later expelled from the mosque after attacking an employee. Records show he pleaded guilty to assault and battery charges on June 11, 1997 and was sentenced to two days in Orange County jail and 40 hours of community service.
But according to court records, Gadahn failed to perform the community service, so a warrant is still outstanding for his arrest, according to the Los Angeles Times.
In May 1997, when he was 18, Gadahn was arrested on allegations of attacking Haitham “Danny” Bundakji, a well-known leader at the mosque in Garden Grove, the Times reported.
Some reports said police said Gadahn had been fired from his position as a security guard at the mosque after he was caught sleeping on the job.
But Muzammil Siddiqi, the society’s religious director, who described Gadahn as tense and depressed, said mosque officials finally had to ask him to leave because of a separate fight with one of the staff. The police were not involved in this altercation and it was unrelated to the other criminal charges.
Police said that he then continued to hang around the mosque and that when Bundakji confronted him, Gadahn punched him in the face and the right shoulder, according to the Times. Bundakji, who was 56 at the time, was not seriously injured. Source: Fox News, May 2004
From my May 2010 post:
….Adam Gadahn (31) [34 today] is a close associate to Osama bin Laden, and is considered the American spokesperson for al-Qaeda.
Adam’s parents, Phil and Jennifer Perlman reportedly changed their name from Perlman to Gadahn after the Biblical warrior Gideon.
Gadahn recently made news, according to Katherine Herridge, reporting on FOX News, saying Major Nidal Hassan, the Fort Hood killer, was a hero and will be blessed by Allah. This comment is seen as significant in that it lowers the bar for martyrdom, and Gadahn essentially told Muslims they need not die in the quest to kill Westerners to receive the blessings of Allah.
Gadahn’s younger brother is quoted saying they grew up in “more of a Christian household,” but not a “particularly religious” home.
